Returns Policy
At Nue Modern, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to love your purchase as much as we do. If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help — within the guidelines below.
Standard Items
We accept returns for standard (non-customised) items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are:
• Unused and in their original packaging
• In the same condition as received
• Accompanied by proof of purchase
Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method (credit or debit card).
Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable, unless the item is being returned due to fault or damage.
Made-to-Order & Customised Items
All made-to-order, customised, or COM (Customer’s Own Material) items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once production has begun.
This includes any products made to your specific dimensions, fabric, colour, or finish.
If your made-to-order item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and a description of the issue. We’ll work with you to resolve it promptly, either by repair, replacement, or store credit as appropriate.
Approved refunds for made-to-order items are issued as a store credit, which can be applied toward future purchases.
Bank Deposit Payments
If your original payment was made by bank deposit, any approved refund will be issued as a store credit.
Damaged or Faulty Items
We take great care to ensure your furniture arrives in perfect condition.
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@nue-modern.com with:
• Your order number
• Photos of the issue
• A brief description of the problem
We’ll assess the issue and arrange a suitable resolution as quickly as possible.
Returns Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer care team at info@nue-modern.com for instructions.
Please ensure the item is securely packaged in its original materials to prevent damage during transit.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of damage or error on our part.
Store Credit
Store credits are issued electronically and are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. They can be applied toward any future purchase at Nue Modern.
