In-Stock & Smaller Items

• Smaller products — such as lighting, accessories, and select furniture — are typically shipped from our warehouse in China within 5–7 business days from the order date.

• Delivery can take approximately 2–5 weeks, depending on your location and customs clearance.

Made-to-Order Items

• Made-to-Order pieces are specially crafted for you.

• Production usually takes 4 weeks, followed by 6 weeks for shipping and 2 weeks for customs clearance before the item arrives at our UK warehouse.

• Once your order reaches the UK, our team will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery date.

Custom Orders (COM & COL)

• For Custom Orders — where you supply your own fabric or leather — production begins once your materials arrive at our manufacturing facility.

• The total process, including manufacturing and shipping, generally takes 14–18 weeks to reach our UK warehouse, depending on customs and logistical factors.

We collaborate with trusted global and UK delivery partners to maintain high shipping standards and a smooth delivery experience. While we do our best to prevent delays, unforeseen circumstances such as port congestion, customs inspections, or weather conditions may occasionally affect timelines.

Our support team will keep you informed at every stage and is always available to assist with any questions or concerns.

Upon receiving your order, please inspect the packaging immediately. If you notice any visible damage, take photographs and contact our support team right away so we can assist you promptly.

Please note: Additional delivery charges may apply to remote areas or regions that require special access arrangements.

We ship to all European countries. For countries outside the EU, please get in touch with us and we will provide a tailored quote.

Shipping Fees

Our shipping fees are calculated based on the total weight and volume of your order.

The charges shown at checkout do not reflect the full carrier cost, as Nue Modern absorbs a portion of the shipping expense to keep rates fair and transparent for our customers.

Standard Curbside Delivery

Our Standard Curbside Delivery service offers a secure and cost-effective way to receive your order quickly and safely.

Once your items have arrived at our UK warehouse and are ready for dispatch, delivery to your address typically takes up to 15 business days.

If you require in-home delivery, don't hesitate to get in touch with us before your order ships, and we will be happy to provide a tailored quote.

Important Delivery Information

To ensure a smooth delivery, please note the following:

• An adult (18+) must be present to receive and sign for the delivery.

• Our partnered carriers deliver to the curbside only and will not enter your property or building.

• Deliveries do not include carrying items upstairs, entering apartment buildings, or moving items into rooms.

• Assembly and packaging removal are not included in the standard service.

• Pallets will not be broken down into individual items at the time of delivery.
  

We recommend arranging assistance on the delivery day to help move your furniture inside safely.
