We will deliver your order to the address you provided when placing your order. All shipping fees will be calculated based on size, weight, and destination at the time of checkout. We aim to keep our delivery charges as competitive as possible. Delivery will be made as soon as possible after your order is accepted, depending on the product's lead time. Please note that delivery times are only estimates, and longer delays may occur. Deliveries are at street level and not to the inside of the property.

TAXES

Customers from outside the UK will be liable for paying any applicable local VAT or similar sales taxes. Once the shipment reaches its destination country, the relevant authorities or the shipping company will contact you with further information on such taxes, which you must pay before the goods can be delivered.

YOU CAN CHANGE YOUR MIND

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the order.

The cancellation period will expire 14 days after the day the Customer acquires, or a third party other than the carrier, as indicated by the Customer, physical possession of the goods.

NON-REFUNDABLE & NON-EXCHANGEABLE

Made-to-order items, custom-made items, or items made from the customer’s material (COM) cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. Deposits are non-refundable.
