Inject some real personality into your interiors with the Taraxacum 88 pendant light, inspired by Italian designer Achille Castiglioni. This fixture is as stylish as it is functional. Taraxacum '88 is composed of a single basic element, a polished aluminium equilateral triangle fitted with electrical sockets. A number of these are hinged together to form an icosahedron, the Platonic form closest to a sphere.
Available in three different sizes, the Taraxacum 88 pendant lamp features a polished aluminium base, surrounded by a multitude of sockets that house globe bulbs. This fixture doesn't feature a diffuser shade, instead of leaving the bulbs exposed for unbridled illumination. Achille Castiglioni's imaginative forms and simplistic designs have made him one of the most influential figures in Italian design.
