This item is made especially for you, and production only starts once you place your order; we do not hold stock of this item. Made-to-Order items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Lead times for this item are between 14 and 18 weeks, which is standard as manufacturers generally do not hold stock of these pieces. This is due to the customisation of the item (e.g., fabrics, surface finishes) and the fact that most of our products are hand-finished to order.

Please note that this lead time is an estimation and can not be considered binding or a guaranteed turnaround time, and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including delays in production, shipping and/or other third-party logistics.

We will deliver your order to the address you provided when placing your order. All shipping fees will be calculated based on size, weight, and destination at the time of checkout. We aim to keep our delivery charges as competitive as possible. Delivery will be made as soon as possible after your order is accepted, depending on the product's lead time. Please note that delivery times are only estimates, and longer delays may occur. Deliveries are at street level and not to the inside of the property.

TAXES

Customers from outside the UK will be liable for paying any applicable local VAT or similar sales taxes. Once the shipment reaches its destination country, the relevant authorities or the shipping company will contact you with further information on such taxes, which you must pay before the goods can be delivered.

YOU CAN CHANGE YOUR MIND

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of the order delivery.

The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day the Customer acquires, or a third party other than the carrier, indicated by the Customer, physical possession of the goods.

NON-REFUNDABLE & NON-EXCHANGEABLE

Made-to-order items, custom-made items or items made in the customer’s own material (COM) can not be returned, exchanged or refunded. Deposits are non-refundable.
